Here's Susie with her head in our main guest bedroom and the rest of her in the basement below.

Seriously, the floor of our living space will be several feet above where she is standing, to get it well above the flood plain.

The important thing for you to realize is that you will have to come visit in order to really appreciate the view from this room and its private deck. It's great!
